Dentists are not part of the Spanish Healthcare system, they are Private Clinics where you pay for treatment or can be accessed through your Private Health Insurance if you have paid additional premiums for that service.
Just take your debit card or cash. Just like uk, you pay after treatment at reception. Prices are fairly similar to uk, give or take a few euros.
