Holiday house/villa Villamartin area

Hi all, I'm new to this group, could anyone recommend holiday house/villa/ground floor apartment for 6 people, With TV, wifi, air con, shared pool, thanks in advance
Just make sure that whatever you find has a Tourist Licence. By law it should show this within the advert and it will look something like VT123456A. Despite the risk of large fines for the owner if caught, illegal lets are still very much in evidence. You would risk being woken up one morning by the Guardia Civil and turfed out on the spot, possibly with a fine as well so be careful.
