How to register guests with the Guardia Seville when you have a tourist license

Looking for some help on how to register guests on the Hospederias de Seville website. Its all in Spanish, does anyone have an english version or step by step instruction on how to register people who are staying at our property so that we are compliant. We have user name and password for the site but not sure what to do once we get into it and what information we actually need from our guests. Any help would be really appreciated.
