Hello Paul.
You may have to rethink your requirements /budgets.
If you have 80k that would be a purchase price of 70k as you will need 10k for taxes and fees.
Battenburgs are very popular and tick most of your boxes but I have not seen them go as low as 70k.
Have a look at Rightmove everything that's available is usually on there. Don't waste your time with property finders or agents just yet. If you find ones you like contact the agents marketing the properties and arrange to see them.
