Hello Elaine. I have a two and a half bedroom bungalow in Villamartin across the road from Verdemar 3 with swimming pool, English TV , Internet , inverter air con , fireplace , solarium with sea view. 480€ a month not including electric and water.

Don't forget all the legal implications nowadays for stopping in Spain for over 3 months.

I too am looking to rent an apartment in Villamartin, Quesada or surrounding areas. Ideally 2 bedroom with pool access and suitable as a home from home. Term of rental is open to negotiation
