Renting out property

Can anyone tell me who i need to contact to let them know i am letting out out my property?
I don't want to fall foul of the Spanish tax laws.

Just seen your post. Myself and my Wife are coming over in September and are looking to rent a property from 9th to 16th sept. Would this be of interest to you?

We are here in our property until Christmas at least, we are only thinking about renting out at this stage.
