My husband, son and myself are planning a visit to Villamartin to view propertities for sale. I am looking for a rental for one week in mid June. My son is disabled on walking sticks and wheelchair for outside so will need ground floor, one level property. Hopefully it will be warm enough for him to swim so communal pool is a must, Can anyone advise of the best areas to buy in Villamartin.? Don't want it too overbuilt. Thank you .. Jill

Holiday Lettings is the best place to get a rental for the week
In terms of best places. Difficult to say I am in Villamartin and there are parts I like and don't like.
A week in June should allow you to make your own judgement. Los Dolses, La Fuente, El Galan, The Plaza are all popular as there are bars and restaurants you can walk to.
You will definitely need a car so just go for a drink / meal at the above areas and decide
June will be warm enough to swim in the pool
