I am looking for someone to clean and key holding for a property I have in Villa Martin.

We use property hounds to look after our property in Villamartín they are very good and charge a reasonable fee.

Hi
Ours is a long term let so is not subject to the tourist tax ,but they do short term holiday let’s as well so I would imagine it’s all in the price

We can do anything you require. Keyholding is just €50 a year, property checks if and when you require them are €15 a visit. It’s difficult to give a quote for cleaning until I’ve seen the property and you can tell me exactly what you want doing, but we can do cleaning, laundry, meet and greet.
