3) Main bathroom, tile walls and fit new shower, toilet and sink
4) second shower room, tile walls and fit new shower, sink and toilet
5) remove two walls downstairs and make good decoration
6) Install underfloor electric heating

We had similar work done on our house; tiling, new kitchen, new patio, painting and new wardrobe doors, etc. We had a number of quotes, but by far the most competitive was Dean Weston of Teddybear Builders. His work was fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, I cant recommend him enough.
