Can anyone recommend: Shutter cord repair

Can anyone recommend someone to repair the pulley cord to a shutter which has broken.
The repair is in the Villamartin area.

You can do them yourself by looking on YouTube and buying the new cord but if DIY isn't your thing then there is a guy who has been recommended on our Quesada forum a few times:
