Hi, just thought I would try to be helpful & pass on information I read ABOUT, how to GET RID OF SQUATTERS FROM YOUR PROPERTY. Thought it might be of help to someone, who is having to deal with this awful stressful problem. It's a legal group call Antiokupas who have had great success in removing SQUATTERS in the costa del sol. They are on facebook & I read about them in Euro News. It cost about €4000. for there services. Hope this information helps some one in some small way. 

Hi, we have heard that there has been a few break ins in Monte Azul & would like to know how safe the area is, paciffically in CALLE MARIA CALLAS. Also is it safe to walk across the natural park to Ciudad Quesada at night. We are looking at property in this area as a holiday home but before we would make an offer would like to know more about this area. All information will be appreciated.

Hi thinking of making an offer on a property in monteazul. If a property is on at €140,000 what is a good offer to make without being insulting or causing offence, if the property needs a little TLC. Also there is a bank repossession similar property just under €100,000 also in need of TLC. The 1st property comes fully furnished but not concerned if it furnished or not. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Another concern is I've heard of a few break-ins  in this area. Is it a good area?

We are moving to Urban. Monteazul in the next week and would like suggestion on best Internet, Tv etc providers.  

We will probably need a good locksmith to change out all the lock.

Any good advise or suggestions are very welcome.

I did a search but couldn't find any info - can someone tell me the local Primary school for Monte Azul? Is it the one in Rojales?

Moving over in May and want to make sure we are looking at properties in right areas!
