Thanks for asking this question Lesley, its something I've also been meaning to ask, and thanks for the link to the timetable Killjoy.

But does anyone know if these buses do actually run according to the advertised schedule? I've just bought a place in Algorfa and whenever I ask anyone there about the buses, they laugh! I've been visiting for 10 years now and in all that time, never seen a bus go through Algorfa!

Is it possible by bus to go to the nearest beach?

Sounds like Almoradi!   We have a lovely bus station but hardly any buses.   Inland areas are not covered very at all by buses.   They mainly run on the coastal roads and in this area that is the N332.
