CAIXA BANKING

Hi, I am having problems logging on, ever since the change over from Bsnkia, I enter all the correct prompts and guess what get a notice that not recognised, get blocked out after 3 attempts, have to email personal advisor, who unblocks, when shs not on holiday, but whats the point be sure to get blocked again, have spoken to head office about the problem, 3 weeks ago, still a problem, Im in the Uk at the moment so can't pop down to the bank, seriously thinking of changing banks, any suggestions

CaixaBank have been terrible ever since they took over Bankia. My advice would be to close your account there and get an online account with Wise which is the best decision I've made so far this year!

Hi, I have been onto the Wise.com but there does not seem to be directions for setting up an online account. I am already a user of Wise and their tranfers to Spain is excellent it's the Spanish banks that can give you problems

just open a gbp account. its all online. you can then open a € balance that will give you an eu iban for dd's etc

Ive just been charged 15 euros for a transfer from my UK bank to Caixa. I sent euros this is the 1st time I've been charged since the account changed to holabank, called a precio bono trf, is this new charge as can't t access charges online, and my adviser is no help, just sends pdfs that aren't relevant, any advice
