What  passport  have  you  got. If   UK  passport   stay  put.  Brexit  causing  a  lot  of  grief  sorry  to write ✍.

If  Irish  passport/EU  you  got  a better  chance  of  finding  something   but  very  low  pay  and  long  hours.

This  forum  get  a  few  messages  every  week  on the same  subject

Best of luck 👍

All  vacancies  must  offered  to EU  citizens  first. A  Resident  and  EU  citizen   not  the  same afraid  you  would   need  to research  more on this  forum  as  there  is  hundreds  of treads  about  your  topic.  It  the  consequences   of  Brexit   a  very  common  topic  of conversation  when out and about

No I'm sorry but I think that's wrong. Once you have been an official resident for over 1 year you can apply for a work permit which gives you the same rights as an EU citizen. If you were resident as a beneficiary of the withdrawal agreement (which 4 years would seem so)then you have the same rights to work as a EU citizen without the need for a work permit.

If you were living in Spain before 1 January 2021You have the right to work without a visa, under the Withdrawal Agreement. You can use your TIE or green A4 certificate or credit-sized piece of paper as proof of your right to work.

Above from Gov.uk

After 5 years residency you become a permanent resident and can work in Spain without the need for a work permit under the same rights as a citizen of the EU even if not a beneficiary of the withdrawal agreement.
