Spanish Health form for entry from England into Spain errors on completion?!

Hello all,
Travelling with Brittany ferries on 8th July, Portsmouth to Santander. Wife and I have completed the form and already have a bar code, QR via e mail .I noticed my error as it states on the form my Pais de Origen is Spain! I have tried to amend it but the system will not allow it? Certain data fields cannot be changed but all the essential data is all ok. The digital completion did not stop me inputting this as I am clearly travelling from England/UK? My wife had input correctly but was not asked for any info on her vaccinations as I was? She also was sent an e mail with QR code? We then read that we could not finalize before 2 days of travel. So we have both not finalized we think but will do so tomorrow,7th.Should we be worried that our QR will not be accepted or just finalize tomorrow and print again? I did try the Spanish help line number but it cut me off after a 50 minute wait ugh?!
Would it help if we completed a completely new form tomorrow, would the system recognise more than one version or does it allow for that and accepts most recent?
We would really appreciate any advise, experience on this, many thanks
