I'm looking for the options there are in Gata Residencial for Gas and Water.

My gestor promised me she would arrange contracts but since December (we bought our house ) she wasn't able to arrange that. Any suggestions?

Hi Wout,

When you buy a property, usually the lawyer who acted for you in your purchase would arrange for the utilities to be transferred into your name.  You shouldn't have to ask a gestor to do it retrospectively.

Kind regards,

Kim

Thanks for your reply Kim.

I'm in close contact with my lawyer about the utilities. But she's a bit sloooow with this. Today she promised me that tomorrow things would be fixed. Hope so.

I want to prepare my house for living it, next week so warm water would be appreciated:-)

Thanks again
