Good morning everyone

I have my beautiful 2 bed apartment with all furniture, fixtures and fittings up for Sale on this site at 150,000Euros or Pounds sterling r.o.e.

There is also a garage for 2 cars, and ample off street parking. Great location to shops, supermarkets, restaurants aplenty, and just a few minutes to the fabulous Guardamar beach.

I have never rented the apartment, thus it is in very good condition. The lounge and double bedroom has air-con and the twin-bed has a ceiling fan.

I will be in Guardamar from 8th May and should you be interested to pop-in for a view, please email me.

One thing that was important to me when I purchased was .....Any outdoor terrace/garden/balcony & what floor is it on?

The apartment is on the 5th floor. Has a Veranda and Terrace and pool. More photos on the site advertised. Not enough computer savvy to decrease photo sizes 😜
