Selling property without estate agents

Good afternoon all. Just want to get your opinions/ideas/experience.We are in the process of selling our property without estate agents, so far so good, our buyers are cash buyers, so just wondering when they pay us deposit into out bank a/c will there be any queries re the money, all is above board, so there should be no problems, our solr is on board with us dealing with the money directly. Anyone have a similar experience. Many Thanks

Not as easy as it seems. Be sure to get legal advice in order not to get trapped by legal footstrapos you may never have heard about.

Hi

Go directly to a Notary agence, and they'll do a nice works, charging you around 500€ till 1000. I sold my house thank to a notary in Guardamar, closed to the inner park.

Yes, we bought ours directly from the owner (2015). We were cash buyers but didn't pay a deposit and the transaction took about 6 weeks, would have been quicker but the seller needed time to sort things out.

We satisfied the owner that we were going ahead and there was no hassle from any agencies looking for their 3000 euro fees.
