Hi There, we have been to Javea and surrounding areas a few times and we beginning process to buy a property in Javea, we have done research ourselves, we have talked with few brokers, lawyers and we have some agencies we will contact. We are also in contact with hightstreet banks and will have go for a more deep conversation with the banks once we are there in April.
We would like to hear about people experiences, is worther to use a broker or direct with the banks, would the process be straightforward?
Another question is related to NIE number, is that easy to get an appointment on the day/next day, it is supplied on the say day or need to go and collect? We also heard there are independents who can help with the application, or is that something the lawyers would take care off?
