We have now taken legal action as we are not the only ones she has not paid. This is a warning should you be thinking of renting out a property, find an alternative company.
We are also reporting her to the various agencies on the Horizon Holiday websites.

The bottom line after living since 1964 permanently in Spain: do not trust any one or anything. Nothing is what it seems to be, there is no YES or NO, everything can be, perhaps, almost, not quite, or the other way around. A bit hard to understand. Spain is a perfectly organized chaos. Corruption reaches up to highest institutions. It will take some time to "fit in". The pradise doesn't exist, but with some intuition, phanatasy and enough booze you can create your own.
