Lost: Two rings wrapped in a little grey bag.

Which part of the beach did you walk along?  The Arenal or the other end? We are having lunch a Pepe y Estrella today so will have a look but it depends on whether you walked on the green route, pavement or ont tge Rocky beach.

I walked from roughly the Nomad Hotel towards the l’Arenal beach but turned back just before reaching l’Arenal. 
Had breakfast at La Bodeguilla and that’s the only time I opened my Rucksack to take out my wallet and maybe that’s where the little bag dell out. Can’t understand how else I lost it. Went back to the restaurant but they hadn’t found it. Unfortunately I’m now back in the U.K. and haven’t been able to go back to recheck if someone has found it.

We walked along tge area from our restaurant as far as the Parador but didn't go to the bar where you had breakfast. 

Have you tried calling them and have you tried the police?  Hopefully if someone comes across the bag they would recognize the sentimental value and hand it in.

Thanks so much for having a look. Yes I went to the police that afternoon and the restaurant still hasn’t found anything. Unfortunately I think they are lost not to be found again. 

It's such a busy and popular area and I heard from my son who ran at the crack of dawn when he was here recently that that area is thoroughly cleaned early each morning. Presumably you have double checked in every pocket of your bag several times. 

Such a shame. 

Oh my goodness yes I turned everything inside and out several times over and over again.
Unfortunately I do believe they were found at the restaurant and not handed in. It’s the only time I opened my bag….
