Pretty much all of local providers offer this service, but the T&C's may vary.
The two largest providers are https://www.avatel.es/ and https://olecomunicacion.net/ both of whom have offices in La Zenia

There are plenty, but think about your security - you may need WiFi on all the time to support a camera, so lowest monthly cost may suit better longer term
