I'm assuming that your new system is an inverter, that can blow hot air as well as cold?

Do ou mean that you can't figure-out how to set the unit to blow hot air, or that you're setting it correctly and either nothing is happening, or the air that's being blown out isn't warm?

Have you tried it in normal cold-air mode? If so, is the air that comes out actually refrigerated, or just cool because the house is cool and the fan is making it feel a bit cooler?

What's the make/model of your aircon unit?

Pete.

Hi Pete

The remote control is straight forward the buttons self explanatory, When the temp is tuned up it has no

affect on the unit at all the air coming in is just the air from out side   nether  hot or cold, could there be

switch in the unit that needs turned on

Thank you for your reply

You'll need to select heating mode on the remote. What make model is it?

Pete.
