Hi well that's great age is no reason no to exercise. I am going to create a Facebook group soon so that I don't have to reply individually all the time. Hopefully we can all meet in may for a coffee to get to know each other and I can explain what I have planned.

It's Sheila. Like Cher, I am not on Facebook. (I have not yet been convinced that it's a good thing to do)! I have never used whatsapp either, so don't know much about it. If you could write on here in May, I'll respond to you with my email address. Everyone who has replied to you appears to be doing some exercise already. I don't do anything yet, but that won't deter me from having a go!

Thanks for your reply. From what I have been told, that pool is for serious swimmers. There are lanes which you have to stick to, and you must wear a swimming hat! I too just went to reception, purely to ask what time the bar opened, ha ha!
I hope you have a great day. This was our first house. In the UK we lived in a rented flat for 40 years (in Mitcham, near Croydon and Wimbledon). You will have a lot to do but all the time in the world to do it, so enjoy it. I would love to meet up. I'll send you a private message with my email and phone number.

Hi, I am living in England but I am German national. My husband and I are planing to spend a lot of time in La Zenia from May onwards. I am 57 and I have been into fitness for the last 17 years. I have started from not be able to run to the end of the garden to running marathons, I have taken part in 4 Tough mudders obstacles course (look it up if you not sure what that is) and last year started doing triathlons. I am in the gym everyday doing weights HIIT classes and also go to Bootcamp once a week. Ok my plan is to see if there are any woman similar age in La Zenia who want to get together once or twice a week (I will be working out everyday) to stay fit get fit and make new friends. You don't have to be fit already. I have learned a lot over the years and all exercises can be adjusted for any ability. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS ITS FOR WOMAN WHO WANT TO WORK OUT FOR FREE!!! I can't afford to join an expensive Gym (I am taking early retirement) I just think it's more fun with likeminded woman. Get fit , stay fit , feel good , look good, have fun, .make new friends! 👊🏼💪🏼🏃🏻🏊🏻🏋🏼🚴
