If you are travelling to England and fully jabbed, you just need to complete a passenger locator form and book a Day 2 antigen test. Plus have copy of your EU DCC
Returning to Spain , copy certificate again and the SpTH form completed.
If you are returning to another one of the home countries, the rules are different, but could well have come in line with England by the time of your journey.
Not doubled jabbed, then as well as the form filling out, you need a fit to fly antigen 3 days before leaving Spain. Day 2 & 8 PCR tests and isolate for 10 days. You also need a PCR test before ret to Spain.
Beware when travelling to the U.K., if you are pinged because you have been in close contact with a positive test (eg on the plane), even if you have an EU DCC you still have to isolate. It’s only those with NHS certs that have the luxury of not isolating.
