i was told I need to draw a Will, since I will be living in Spain.
Does anyone know of a reasonable lawyer that would do that and how much it costs.

Way too much. I use a solid in Torrevieja for everything. Purchase , Taxes, Wills. He charges about 140e but is very cheap for the gestor tax side.
I can email you his contact details. His office manager is English so it makes it a little easier
