We have multiple domestic units all 20/25 years old in need of service/ replacement/ repair. 10 minutes from Pego in Forna. Any recommendations?

I had a new Mitsubishi heater / cooler unit fitted by a local (Pego?) electrician/installer two years ago and I have been very satisfied with the unit and the level of service he has provided.
After 18 months, it had slipped off one side of its mounting brackets, I'm not sure how, it might have been my fault, but it affected performance. I called the guy who came out within 48 hours, spent 45 minutes putting it right and charged me nothing.
I've no idea if he also repairs and services existing units, you can but ask.
