Hi everyone ,we are hoping to move to Pinar de campoverde next year .We have come across posts on different forums in costa Blanca and I have to tell you it has worried us a lot .Tried to find out myself about it but nothing comes up .I would appreciate any help you can offer .Thanks guys ,F Ps I’m talking about squatters.

Hi tebo thank you for getting back to me , I have come across these today and just wanted to l know about Pinar de campoverde .It was awful reading about Abro and his wife went through . Thanks again I’m not sure what to do now . F

I have squatters in my apartment. 3 years I've stopped paying suma tax. It's got to the point I don't care any more.. I think Britains should stop buying property in Spain until they change the law

Hi All,
I'm having a great day as always here in sunny Benidorm 🌞 We are going to take a nice stroll along the prom and have a couple of beers then back home to our apartment and enjoy the community spirit along the way.................
How boring would this forum be filled with joyful accounts of a person's day 🤷
