Yes, I have self installed a similar RO system and love the almost pure water from a dedicated tap. The water is purer than any bottled water and is as clean as you can get. I test this regularly and I'm running at around 5 ppm (parts per million).
However, there are some downsides.
(1) Your water pressure needs to be at least 3 bar. However, you can buy a system with a booster pump to around 16 bar which makes the system even more efficient.
(2) It wastes a lot of near pure water. For ever 1 litre of pure water produced at least 1 litre is pushed down the drain. We mitigate this by piping it into the garden for irrigation.
(3) It takes up a fair chunk of space under the sink but could be fitted elsewhere.
(4) The way the osmosis membrane & water storage works it's more efficient if you fill a litre bottle, rather than a small glass.
(5) As Peter123 mentions, Although the filters do not need to be replaced as often as the manufacturer recommends, it is impotant that you test the water on a regular basis and fully discharge the system if you are away for a long period. Electronic testers can be purhased for around 7 euro from Amazon.es. https://www.amazon.es/Medidor-calidad-pureza-pantalla-digital/dp/B07G8YNPQ1?tag=cstareg0f-21 The filters are about 20 euro for all the 4 pre filters and around 27 euro for the osmossis filter which lasts between 2 and 5 years
The kits are available on amazon.es but we bought one from the UK and brought it over. Had no problems for the last 5 years

I'm sure any plumber worth his salt would be able to fit one of these for you. They're not difficult but most plumbers prefer the simple cartridge installations.
