Torrevieja Radio Taxis is a very reliable company but there is no guarantee that any taxi company/driver will speak English, that's a chance you have to take when you're in Spain!

Thanks I was thinking about booking the taxi not the driver as my Spanish is not good enough yet to have conversations

You don't need to have conversations with the taxi drivers.
If you are unsure of how to say your destination write it down and show the paper to the driver.

No problem speaking English with Radio Taxi as their despatchers speak English. If you want to book a taxi to the Airport fill in the form on their website with all the details and they will confirm by return email. If you want a taxi around town ring theirnumber or get a taxi from one of the many taxi ranks dotted around the town. As Janice says write down your address or whatever address you want to go to but in my experience most taxi drivers have enough English to understand you.
