Thank you for your prompt reply we are just in the process of buying a two bedroom apartment to complete Middle/end of october but to use solely as our family holiday home. We hope to be able to complete to enjoy the october half term so will try and arrange for you to pop over if possible then to meet you, as will definitely need a responsible company to maintain while we are in the UK.
