Hi I am un the U.K. at the moment ( due to fly out 4th April)  and my neighbour has checked my post. We have a  letter from the Town Hall in San Fulgencio, advising us that our registration on the Municipal Register of Inhabitants has expired and we must renew by the 4th March ( letter only arrived Monday) They go on to say that it has to be renewed every two years.

We have had our property for 18 years and this has always been done automatically by our Spanish bank. Why it has suddenly ceased I don’t know,they never informed us that we needed to do it ourselves.

My question is please can anyone on the forum point me in the right direction on how to re register and apart from passport and NIE what other documents will we need to bring with us?
