Tourist Licence Compatibility Report - 13 replies

My wife and I have a property in Los Dolses we purchased in July. We have started the process of applying for a Tourist Licence (our Urb allows them). First Step is the compatibility report from the town Hall (Playa Flamenca Town Hall) . Does anyone have any idea/experience (ball park) the time this can take to complete? Just the Compatibitilty Report not the full Licence.

We had our last boosters before Christmas last year at the Salud. If we would like another one now (it's been over 6 months) is it the just the matter of turning up at the Salud or do we need to be invited?

We have an outside AC unit which is dripping water. The drain pipe is connected but it is coming from the other side of the unit

Friends and Family 'Free' use of our property - 6 replies

I understand, and completely agree with, the requirement for a Rental Licence to advertise for 'paid rentals' of a property but I just wanted to check something.

Could our very close friends and family members use our property for a holiday completely free? There would be no charge from us because they are close friends and family. Do we still need a licence for this?

Hi does anyone know if there is a likelihood of more building on the land between lomas de cabo roig and los Dolses. I understand it a flood plain and is family owned farmland. It runs from the top end of Calle almendra downhill.

We are thinking of buying property looking directly on to the land.

Is there a way I can check for planning or in Spain is that a crazy ask mindful that new properties are built in the most unexpected places all the time 🤔
