Hi, Can anyone point me in the right direction? I want to book an appointment at the INSS office in Torrevieja to register my S1 but having trouble navigating the website. Any help appreciated. Have all the necessary paperwork just need to book an appointment!

My husband and I have been in this country just over a year.

I have received my permanent - red SIP health card  a few months ago (I guess because I am originally a European), but my husband- English, has not received his permanent SIP card in spite of he has been a permanent resident, has Recibo de presentacion en oficina de Registro (I guess it is a confirmation for received S1), Certificado de empadronamiento individual, passport and Residential card. 2 weeks ago a surgery employee rejected to give him the card telling us to go to the Social Security in Torrevieja. After consulting a several people including our solicitor they  said that GP surgery must give him the card based on the documents above. We went back there this morning and she told the same story, adding that Social Security will give us a document which she needs to issue him a permanent Health card. He has a temporary SIP card which is valid only in emergencies. Just to add up that within this one year living here he has been in hospital 2 times with serious infections. We are living in fear that it could happen again!

Following a successful driving license test at a Health center, my husband  and I need to apply for a Spanish driving license  (to exchange our UK license for the Spanish one). Does anybody know where exactly (probably in Torrevieja) we need to go and what is the procedure. Can we do it alone, or we need a solicitor? Thank you

I am going to apply for a non lucrative visa.

I own a property in U.K. and also in Spain.  When I apply for the visa is there any tax implications on the property in the U.K.  I am not renting it out

I have two N gauge train layouts for sale one 2’ x 4 feet the other 6 x 3 feet
