Care hire

Hi,
We are due to land at Alicante airport on sat 11th sep @ 00.05 hours but we are struggling to find any care hire companies open at approx 2am without paying a hefty charge.
We would like the hire for 19 days but prices seem to have gone through the roof any ideas please?
Or to have a car delivered to house for a week in the middle.
Also does anyone know roughly how long it takes to get through passport control and health checks at airport?
