I will be in Albir for 3/4 months starting December 18th. I would like to know how I can meet new friends for socialising. Days out, evenings out, having a coffee, shopping, dinner, etc,etc, etc. I plan on coming back to Albir on a permanent basis.
There are several social clubs. Try The Companions who meet at Albir Gardens hotel every Tuesday morning from 10.30am. Follow the link to find out more Companians Club. They arrange days out, social events etc. There's also U3A, I know a few people who belong but don't know anything myself U3A Club - if you don't have a car you can get a No 10 bus from Albir to Alfas -hope that helps.
