Long-term rental wanted from October 2018

Thank you for responding. I was open about my budget depending on the accommodation on offer. However, I have recently been given the opportunity of renting a two-bed house overlooking Jalon for 550 euros a month plus bills, so would not want to pay much more than that, even in my preferred Alcalali location. I would like the rental for six months from October 29th to April 28th or thereabouts. Does that fit with you at all?

Hi Danuta, our villa is on La Solana gardens Alcalali it's very old style villa it's got air conditioning witch has a warm air setting a private pool has Wi-Fi but will need to be reconnected we have a gardener and a pool guy it is available for your period but it would be €600 plus out goings if you are interested please let me know best regards Robert

In the main part it has two bedrooms but underneath there is a 3rd with shower and WC but we use it for storage so no bed down there I do have pictures I will try and send you some on Monday if you want to do a drive past turn right into La Solana gardens and as you drive up it's the very first villa on the right has big wooden gates if you want to view I can arrange someone to show you please let me know Robert 

Thank you Robert. I will have to rely on your pictures as I'm in England and cannot actually get out to Spain until October. It sounds very nice though and I'm looking forward to seeing the photos.

Hi Robert,

I sent an email to the address above but it was returned as 'undeliverable'. I then tried 'solutions' instead of 'solotions' and that hasn't bounced back but perhaps you didn't get that one either as I haven't heard back from it?
