Just moved into our house on La Finca Golf (Calle Rafal). Does anyone know how we get our snail mail? Seems to be no mail boxes or letter boxes on the houses. Was going to ask the estate agent we bought off, but their office has closed down.

Apologies if it seems a stupid question.

Hello

I think the best people to ask are your neighbours who will no doubt be able to answer other community questions for you. I don't know your area but if you are part of an urbanisation,   you must have  administrators responsible for your annual fees and what they cover and also  a president. Without the selling agents, who should have been able to give you all this info, I think your neighbours are your 1st choice to start with.

Cheers

There are communal boxes in La Finca Golf and you should have been given a small key when you bought your property, any of the estate agents should be able to tell you where yours is.

Thanks, we’ll check.

We had 2 keys left in all the keys (5 sets) from previous owners, ours still looks like the original lock barrel and key.

This is what ours look like - boxes are on calle benferri generally.

Speak to your president it could be that the community  has not been recognised as a lot of president are not living on last finca or speak to your administration and check with them when we lived there it took ages to get the corros to accept community or go to the post office in Quesada and open a post box .which estate agent did you use .
