Hi does anyone rent there property occasionally and can recommend a reliable cleaner and key holder who can sort out the cleaning and set the apartment up after guests have left also would like meet and greet with the keys

I have been renting my apartment out for a year now and I use a lady that is really good, so reliable and has never let me down, even when I need cleans done straight away. She does an amazing job too, I always get comments that the apartment is clean.

Whoever you use you need to ensure they are either registered as a business or as self employed. Both employer and employee can be fined if not. Also I presume you already have your rental licence, if not you cannot legally rent out the property.

Thanks have been in touch with them.There is a new rule brought out now that says you first have to get permission from your local town hall before renting then getting a licence from the tourist office in your region .Am looking into the cost of this as the town hall levy a one off tax depending on the square meter of your property .According to my town hall this applies to all hotels and individuals as it is based on a permission to let
