Can anyone recommend someone to repair spiral stairs: Montemar near Algorfa

Hi
Can anyone help me as we have just bought an apartment and the spiral stairs to rooftop
solarium is coming away from the wall, plaster is coming away, anyone local as we are
coming back to spain in about 4 weeks time and I will need it doing then, if someone can give me someone to contact or someone contact me that would be appreciated
