I'm looking around the area for a good solicitor or conveyancer.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks

You will get 1001 different recommendations on here. When I bought  I got 3 names and emailed each solicitor  got a quote. Quotes varied wildly 1000E difference. I ended up paying around 1900E which included everything Notary, sol fees, registering utilities and opening a bank account.
