Apply for NIF

I'm in Santa Pola for 2 weeks , where can I apply for my NIF/ NIE as a non resident? I've downloaded the forms and brought them with me.

I doubt you'd get an appointment online within your timescale, but you could try a personal visit to the national police station in Elche or Alicante.
If you're non-resident, don't own a property here and don't earn income here, then you don't need an NIF.
If you do own a property, your NIE number will effectively be turned into an NIF number when your Spanish bank report your account details to the tax office in January next year.

Thank you Jim. I do have a property but just realised today don't have birth and marriage certs. with me so will have to try another time.
