We have been in Altea for a few months now and went with a company called AeroMax.es. We signed up with them through a local company called Info-Altea in town.

Sadly, the support from both companies is awful. They both take your hard-earned money and offer the worst support and service imaginable.

We went for the highest package AeroMax.es offer that costs 60€ per month. The installation was over 200€.

Within the first few days our internet was offline, I contacted the AeroMax.es support helpline only to find and automated message notifying me they only work Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm! I had no internet for several days after paying out over 260€! Sadly, the problems continued and I decided to go with another company for when the AeroMax.es service was down. I signed up with Movistar 4g through a company called TIEKOM. They claim to offer internet for expats.

I pay a further 60€ to them for a slow 4G connection that also suffers downtime although it’s a little more stable than AeroMax.es. The support from TIEKOM was good at first but as soon as I signed up the support is much harder to get an answer from. Sadly, this seems an all to common experience here in Spain but thankfully we have forums to let others know about our experiences. I would advise users to avoid both these companies and keep researching, if you find any good, reliable companies please share!

That website shows a 404 error page... are you affiliated with them?

Hi there.

This is an area we can cover. Rather than I pester any of you, please send me a private message me if you are still looking to resolve the broadband & TV issue.

Thanks
