Lost: Phone - Lost at Mascarat

My friend lost his phone on Barreta beach at Mascarat yesterday 5/8/19. He has checked at Pierre et Vacance and the beach bed man. Any chance someone here has found it?

Try tracking it. If it's turned on then you'll know where it is.
Thanks but it's not an iphone and he doesn't know his Samsung account to use that. Also doesn't have a gmail account. So I don't know how to track it therefore.

I didn't mention iPhone. If it's Android then it will still have a tracking app on it - Android Device Manager.
