Help!!! I opened a bank account with Sabadell and they sent me a debit card, I tried to activate it but have lost the code they sent me, I have tried to call them on the number on the front of the card, I put 0034 in front of the number given on the card but can’t get through, I must be doing some thing wrong can someone please help me

Hi Shelagh,
If the number that you're dialling begins with 900, that's a Spanish free phone number, so perhaps it's not available when dialling internationally? I notice that your location is Benijofar - if your branch is the one in Plaza Constitucion, perhaps ring them instead:

Exactly the same happened to me and the only way to resolve it was to go into a branch. Take passport and NIE.
Unfortunately I can’t as I’m still in England, we don’t come over till 6th October,I will have to call them as I want it sorted before we get there.

I got stuck in the UK with a non-working Sabadell card and the only was they said it could be sorted out was to go into a branch.
For security reasons there is no way they can give you that number because they don't know who you are. You could have found the card.
Sabadell do have branches in the UK. You could try Googling them and see if there is one near you.
