How do you apply for a provisional driving licence

Can anyone please tell me how or where to apply for a Spanish provisional driving licence please
There is no such thing in Spain, you have to sign up with a driving school and can only learn to drive with them.
When you pass the test you get a licence.

Have a look at the N332 website for anything to do with driving in Spain. It is for English speaking people and is run in conjunction with officers of the Guardia Civil. It has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code on it.
