Information for EU citizen moving to Spain

Hello All

We are moving from Germany to Benijofar very soon and are hectic and excited. Information on the Costa Blanca Forum has been interesting and helpful in many aspects.

I realise this forum is targeting people from the UK but are there and EU (German people), who could offer advise on healthcare insurance, German / Spanish tax. - any information would be really helpful.

if there are any suggestions on what is required to purchase a new car etc.

We both have a NIE number and a bank account, so that’s a start.

look forward to hearing some good advise from out there.

Excellent news Carly. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. We are completely fluent in English and gave no issues what do ever to speak either language.

we will arrive on 29 March. Need to sort out a few things and then will probably visit you after making and appointment. Our chief concern is Tax and medical.
