I have a spare double room and bathroom with walk in shower to flat share. 1st floor flat with lift outside door. Use of large lounge, TV, video player, kitchen with all mod cons. Outside space, balcony at front & washing hanging/relaxing space at back. Dog or cat welcome.

I am pet free sadly, having lost my dog of 16 years last October. It wouldn't be fair to take on another dog as I go away a lot and am 75 myself.
I can meet you either this Saturday 17th or Tuesday 20th, Friday 23rd or Saturday 24th. Don't mind when.
Could you give me a bit more background information, such as your circumstances why you now seek a flat share. Do you have transport?
