Can anyone recommend: Holiday rental cleaning/property management near Benimar

Hi - our lovely friends have been looking after our blue top 3 bedroom villa for the last 5 years. However, they now want to concentrate more on their social lives and we are looking for professional trustworthy people to take over for us. We have had previous bad experiences such as someone renting out our villa for their own means and a company that not only didn't clean when they were supposed to, but lost over half of our bedlinen...so a bit wary! Would be great if someone can recommend please. Thank you
