I noticed today that these signs have gone up by the communal bins along the canal from Crevillente towards Albatera.

Perhaps the use of drones will stop individuals dumping of stuff by the bins, especially seeing that Crevillente has a great ecoparque. If people can get to the bins, they can get to the ecoparque, open 6 days a week.

I would think most dumping aren't from this area, but like to tip here.

A guide to what goes where.

Unfortunately many people around about appear to be colour blind as they dump waste in any on the bins, regardless of what it is, quite often missing the bin altogether and leaving in on the ground. I was putting garden waste in the garden waste bin yesterday and saw paint roller and tray, plastic bottles, household waste, etc despite the fact that there were the correct bins available right next to the garden waste bin. Depressing.

Rgds,

Do they have these coloured bins along the canal, as I am not aware of them.

A lot of the issues with waste on the floor by the bins is (mainly) caused by the "bin dippers" who take bags from the bins to see if there is any thing of value in them.

The best place to take garden clippings is the ecoparque, who have dedicated skips for all waste.
